Real-time insights into audience engagement with your posts. Comparison of post activity and follower trends over time. Detailed metrics for individual posts, covering reposts, replies, likes, follows, and clicks. In-depth audience insights, particularly for those engaging with your posts. Capability to download post metrics for further analysis.
Accessing the Dashboard
To begin, log in to werfie.com with your Werfie username and password to enable analytics for your account.
Accessing Your Post Activity:
On desktop or laptop computers, navigate to werfie.com and select the “Posts” section. On the Werfie app for iOS or Android, tap the analytics icon visible in your posts after ensuring you have the latest app version installed.
Utilizing the Dashboard
Desktop:
Click on an individual post to access specific data pertaining to that post.
Mobile (available on Werfie for iPhone and Werfie for Android apps):
Tap the post to access the post detail page, then tap “View post activity.”
From the post activity page, review engagement metrics such as views, clicks, and interactions with the post.
Definitions:
Various engagement metrics are provided, including app install attempts, app opens, detail expands, embedded media clicks, engagements, engagement rate, follows, hashtag clicks, impressions, leads submitted, likes, link clicks, permalink clicks, replies, reposts, shared via email, and user profile clicks.
Why Can’t I Access the Post Activity Dashboard?
To access post activity details, ensure you’ve logged in to werfie.com and enabled analytics for your account. If experiencing difficulties, ensure your account meets certain requirements, such as posting primarily in supported languages, account age, compliance with policies, and absence of restrictions.
Why Can’t I See All My Posts?
Upon initial access to the dashboard, impression and engagement data will populate for posts created after your first visit to werfie.com
